At Yembos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
